Not very welcoming. I did get a nice greeting from another clerk later. Breakfast was ready early, which was fantastic, but the staff member in the dining area seemed a bit unfriendly when I asked questions. The noise from outside was disruptive at night. I couldn’t get a good night's sleep because of that. Overall, I enjoyed the location and loved the cleanliness, but staff training could definitely improve their customer service. I’d think twice about staying again unless I knew staff issues were resolved.
