Check-in was a breeze, so I was excited to relax and unwind before heading out.
But oh darling, the refrigerator was about as cold as a summer day in the tropics! Plus, that shower's clicking sound had me pondering if it was auditioning for a horror movie.

Friendly staff, convenient amenities, exemplified by the exceptional customer service provided by Jada at the front desk and the availability of free parking, made my family with children feel welcomed and at home during our two-night stay.
All good.

would definitely come back here
Room was clean and comfy. Loved the air conditioning and shower pressure. Breakfast had delicious hot items. A pancake maker! Front desk staff were super friendly. The whole vibe in the lobby with flexible seating and a bar made it easy to relax. Plus, they’re pet-friendly, which is a huge plus!

Yo, the snack bar was stacked! I dove right into Rooney's Market for their incredible sandwiches that would make your taste buds dance. And the nearby Wild Wing Cafe? Their wings are downright legendary! Plus, the room was spotless and the vibe was on point with lots of seating in the lobby.

The hotel had a modern vibe that I really loved. Room cleanliness stood out. everything felt fresh. However, checking in was a bit rough. The desk clerk ignored me until I asked for help. Not very welcoming. I did get a nice greeting from another clerk later. Breakfast was ready early, which was fantastic, but the staff member in the dining area seemed a bit unfriendly when I asked questions. The noise from outside was disruptive at night. I couldn’t get a good night's sleep because of that. Overall, I enjoyed the location and loved the cleanliness, but staff training could definitely improve their customer service. I’d think twice about staying again unless I knew staff issues were resolved.

missingWrote a review on Jan 31water stationlobby layoutmaintenance issues
The complimentary water station in the lobby is a nice touch for those who want to refill their bottles and stay hydrated during their stay. Also, the unique layout of the lobby makes for an engaging space, perfect for relaxing or socializing after a long day.
Check-in was a hassle as I wasn't able to get an early arrival time, despite prior confirmation. The hallways and elevator were not well maintained, with dirty floors and an unpleasant smell that hung in the air. Inside my room, both containers of soap were empty, and the pillows were small and uncomfortable, which made for a restless night. Additionally, the noise from other guests running and yelling echoed through the thin walls, further disrupting my rest. The bathroom shades didn't operate well, letting in too much light at dawn and making sleep difficult.
